Australia I’m on day 6 of this video and I’ve already noticed changes! Thanks for this awesome resource. My question is after finishing it up tomorrow with day 7 should I move on to the 40 minute beginners video and do that everyday for a few weeks or start going through the foundations maybe doing a few moves one week and moving on to more moves the next week, etc.?
