I believe that Yin and restorative yoga would be of most benefit for those who are starting out and for those who are physically weaker. For those that are physically fit, I would recommend Hatha or Vinyasa. For someone who is new to yoga, Ashtanga or Bikram may cause unintended, harmful side effects.
Most seated yoga postures are suitable for beginning level students, as the majority are easily adapted to any level of strength or flexibility. Seated yoga poses tend to be energetically grounding and focus more on flexibility than strength.

EMPLOYMENT Being a beginner isn’t easy but my first yoga class was enough to make me a regular on the mat. I juggled between maintaining postures and attempting to breathe the right way. I had already dreamt of the hot bath or oil massage that I’ll head for but there was no need to.
