I never did yoga in my life. I love your videos for beginners. I have MS so somedays are rough for me. I did day 1of 30 days of yoga this morning. Had lots of trouble and some hip pain while sitting cross legged and bend over forward. Do you have special positions for MS patients ? If not I will keep trying.
