Race For The Steaks Use of Yoga for Health in the United States I’ve been doing this one for 2 weeks now and have noticed a MARKED difference in my back, hips, shoulders and knees! Also, I have much more energy – feel more like myself! I would like to know how long I should stick with this video or should I move on and how much more should I add? I’ve been trying to memorize the positions in this video so I can just add to them, but wondering if I should just move to another video. I just don’t want to go from 20 minutes to an hour and die 😀 LOL Any suggestions welcome! I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I had lost 120 pounds and recently regained a bunch. Trying to get things back under control, but want to increase activity level to start.
