To get the most from this class, please practice the first 3 classes in the Yoga 101 series at least once.
I just wanted to ask you, if it would be possible to add english subtitles to some videos, because although I understand you when you use the ordinary english, there are unfortunately some phrases, which I simply can’t catch..:/ I love your chanel and I must say, that you’ve showed me how useful and relaxing can yoga be (after my terrible experiences with classes in my home town).
