The Gita consists of 18 chapters and 700 shlokas (verses), with each chapter named as a different yoga, thus delineating eighteen different yogas. Some scholars divide the Gita into three sections, with the first six chapters with 280 shlokas dealing with Karma yoga, the middle six containing 209 shlokas with Bhakti yoga, and the last six chapters with 211 shlokas as Jnana yoga; however, this is rough because elements of karma, bhakti and jnana are found in all chapters.

Asana: Literally means "seat", and in Patanjali's Sutras refers to the seated position used for meditation. Ok So this is the end of the first week. I started running the same day I started doing this. I did not make it everyday, but only really took one day off, The pay off though is that, even though I don’t run a very long distance, I was able to double my distance this week (and I can hold the downward dog for the same amount of time as on the video). I also feel like I am breathing better and only got one headache this week versus one almost every day.
