New Space FAQ Food I am sixteen years old and have ADD and some anxiety problems. I did yoga a couple of years ago for PE when I was homeschooled. I loved it but for some reason I stopped. I decided I needed to start again after I read an article on how yoga helps with ADD. I’ve been repeating this video for about a week now and I’ve been doing it every other day!
