But you make it so relaxing and inspiring! Also I would like to know your thoughts on yoga and conditioning for a half marathon. Currently I am doing yoga twice a week one day after a short run and the other as a yoga only day and I consider it cross training (no other running activities). Do you recommend that I combine yoga with my daily conditioning (running & swimming) or have a day scheduled just for yoga and consider it cross training? I want to make sure that my body is fully benefitting from the yoga. And that I am mentally and physically prepared for my first ever half marathon. And yes that is super intimidating…..but here goes nothing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
