The images for the poses were in a separate section than the sequences, some of which had over 30 poses. If someone already knew which pose was which by the name this wouldn't be an issue, but as someone that's new to yoga I had to keep flipping back and forth from one section to another to figure out how to do the poses for the sequence. As a result, I found it pretty much impossible to use this book.
