Uncertainty with chronology TOWELS I’ve been doing this one for 2 weeks now and have noticed a MARKED difference in my back, hips, shoulders and knees! Also, I have much more energy – feel more like myself! I would like to know how long I should stick with this video or should I move on and how much more should I add?
