Ah, my friend, I feel you! We all have been there and by golly the heart aches and the mind takes over and the body is caught in a fuzzy crossroads in between. I can offer you calming poses for the nervous system but my honest suggestion is that it does not matter what you do but that you do it. Take a ‘yoga moment’ each day for the next 2 weeks. This is a moment of conscious self love and a moment of reflection and awareness to move forward. It can been one pose or a sequence. It can be a breath or a full hour of deep breathing. Set a goal though to have your ‘yoga moment’ each day. Forward Folds are nice as they calm the nerves and offer a cooling wash over the body. Also- a seated or standing forward fold can be done almost anywhere and is a great pose for relaxation and introspection.
