Hi. I had to comment on this, because I started to watch and practice your yoga videos on youtube last week. I’ve been suffering from deep anxiety about a year and yoga really helps! Time flies and even though I hate breathing exercises it has become easier and easier every day. Love the inhales when you say smile..:) today I started the 30 days challenge and it’s harder than the beginners videos, but I think I can keep up.
