I have been doing this Beginner’s Yoga Video and LOVE It! I just wish you had more beginner’s videos to choose from. I am on a tight budget, so cannot afford to pay even the $29 for your Re-boot program (which is a very fair price, I might add). I have a some back issues, so I find that I am not yet able to participate in your most of your other videos, especially the flow sequences. Will you be posted another Beginner’s video any time soon? I’m hip with this… I’m on my third day and for the first time in my life I can touch my toes! (I’m 25 but not real flexible.) I’m a total bummer at downward dog but will keep trying cause this routine just makes me feel so good! After I do the seven days, what should I try next?
