I strained my already weak back and I’ve had a tension headache and limited movement for over a month. After researching reasons for my aches and pains (horrible posture and baby wearing), I searched for solutions and I was not disappointed to find not only yoga, but “yoga with Adriene.” Your candor is refreshing and I am looking forward to delving deeper Into yoga. Until this week and my “experience”, I laughed at yoga. Now that I’ve finally tried it and had an experience if my own, I understand what all the hype is about. Thank you for not only considering my out of shape arse when you made this video, but also my perfectionist personality. The permission to freely move one’s body during a fitness routine is foreign to me. Also, they immediate physical relief that I feel in my neck, shoulders, and head are profound to me. I have also noticed a pep in my step following this sequence. Again, Adriene, I thank you so much for the immediate pain relief and extended range of motion And encouragement you’ve provided me.
