Residency Timeline I just found your video and it’s perfect for me. I am 51 years old and was a collegiate athlete, and triathlete in my prime. Over the last few years some health issues have sidelined me, most recently an MRI showed I have some minor tears in my left shoulder, impingement and frozen shoulder…uggh!! Anyway, my question is, I can’t really lift my shoulder over my head, is it still beneficial for me to do what I can with the other shoulder?

Over 10 years, too many classes and one instructor certification later, I feel pretty confident in saying that almost all yogis, both young and old, have shared these same sentiments.
