You’ve really been the only one that actually made yoga enjoyable for me and I think it’s going to be hard when I begin classes and you’re not the teacher! Well, for now I’ll just do your videos. I was also wondering, is it too much doing yoga twice a day, daily with one day’s rest, if I’m a beginner? Or how many videos can I do in a row in one session?
