The history of yoga and how its developed into the practice you know today A few days ago I sat down and read about 100 pages of a book – something I haven’t been able to do in forever because I simply haven’t been able to take the time to sit down and relax. And I just loved it, I’ve always loved to read, but just haven’t felt like i had the time.
