Thank you so much for doing this! You have made a huge impact in my life. I’ve discovered and fallen in love with yoga thanks to you while I recover from Plantar’s Fasciitis. Do you have anything posted that keeps you off of your feet for a work out. I’m not sure if you get that kind of request often but I’m rapidly gaining weight while I can’t jog and getting so frustrated.

Crowded classes can mean that students will be aligned mat-to-mat, so don’t assume that you will have a lot of room around you for personal belongings. Most yoga classrooms have shelves for your valuables, drinks and other personal items. Remember to turn your cellphone off before class.

Have the potential to embarrass or single out a student in front of class how to stretch to recharge their energy. Invite children to stretch like a dog.

Hi Adrienne! I am new with Yoga but I’ve always been interested about it. In my mind I can do it but not sure if my body could actually carry out the exercise. I’ve never been physically active and now I’ve gained so much weight and one day I just had an epiphany ~ my body is begging me to move, to do something.
