I started your yoga for very beginners last night. I did what I remembered at 6am this morning, and just got done doing it again tonight. I will be getting up at 6am again tomorrow. I am sore but feel great. I am overweight and tired of making excuses. 2016 is about transformation. Whether that be spiritual, physical, or mental…or all three.
