11/22 at 10:13 pm I just wanna thank you, your voice and demeanour is so pleasant and you keep pointing out to not stress the poses but have the experience in the body and it helps me so much cause I always feel like I’m not doing it right, that my wrists are too weak and my knees are not under my hips and so on. But other than slightly collapsing on the second downwards dog I am doing all the things and it feels great.
