My mother got me try yoga when she came over for a visit from the States a couple of weeks ago. (I live in New Zealand!) I loved it but had a hard time trying to find videos that I liked online. I have had a lot of knee issues as well, and the only time they haven’t hurt is when I’ve been doing yoga! I love my new straight posture and how my body feels as I practice.
