Sivananda Yoga worldwide I do wish they gave a timer for each pose though because I have to mute my sound because the walls in my dorm a very thin. I am usually going to be doing this at night and early morning when quiet hours are. I have prime so I didn't have to pay for this title but if I was paying I would possibly look into something a bit cheaper if you are on a tight budget.

The Yoga 101 series is a five class series that progressively teaches the basics of Hatha yoga, a combination of physical postures, deep breathing, and meditation (relaxation). But despite the fact that these adaptations allow me to reap the benefits of staff pose without compromising my spine, I’ve still had teachers come up to me and push my palms flat to the floor (causing the aforementioned slumping), or, upon sighting my fingertip variation, assure me that I’ll be able to bring my palms to the floor when I “get more flexible.” Both of which (even as a fairly experienced practitioner who is generally aware of my proportions) made me feel like a bit of an outcast, or even a “bad yogi” in the moment.
