I had as a goal for last year to get myself to a yoga studio, but it became clear to me quite quickly that being around a lot of people when I hardly go out most days of the week was a big step. A few days ago I signed up to SuperBetter which is a online routine/game to help people with their goals in life and as a quest I have put to do yoga two times a week as a minimum. I started yesterday with this video and I even did the 40 min beginners routine later that evening. Then today I did the 20 min again.

This means that your first class may be very short, as you learn the correct breathing style and Sun Salutations, then lay down to rest. During the next class you will learn some standing postures.
