Hi Adriene! I am a flight attendant based in Qatar for 5 yrs now, and today i just felt the need to “workout”, and i thought, why not give yoga a try. So i came upon this site, and tried this video, it’s a bit challenging, trying to focus on what i’m supposed to do, and looking at my laptop to see if i’m doing it right. ^_^ but now, i feel so empowered, i feel good about myself, knowing that I took the first and most difficult step to a healthier me, starting to workout.
