Mindfulness with Yoga Stay Connected I have started doing your videos every day for the last week and a half. My mother got me try yoga when she came over for a visit from the States a couple of weeks ago. (I live in New Zealand!) I loved it but had a hard time trying to find videos that I liked online. They always left me feeling a little uptight and stressed. Then I stumbled across YWA on youtube and the rest is history. I love the way you teach and make yoga easy and accessible for all of us and easy to understand. I love the idea of finding my own way and what feels right for me instead of trying to match and fit in with how the teachers or magazines look. I find myself doing yoga poses here and there throughout the day! Just because it makes me feel good! I have tried a number of your beginner videos and the stress relief and bedtime ones as well as a few foundation ones, and I love how happy positive and relaxed I feel after them. I have had a lot of knee issues as well, and the only time they haven’t hurt is when I’ve been doing yoga! I love my new straight posture and how my body feels as I practice.
