I have been doing this Beginner’s Yoga Video and LOVE It! I just wish you had more beginner’s videos to choose from. I am on a tight budget, so cannot afford to pay even the $29 for your Re-boot program (which is a very fair price, I might add). The hamstrings tend to get short and tight in people who sit a lot, which can contribute to low back pain.
