For a brief reference, this seems ok. To actually execute a sequence by depending on this Kindle version is impossible. Yoga terms such Up Dog have very little meaning to the beginner which adds additional difficulty level to using this version. So I tried to do a few movements using this & then had to remember the moves when attempting a sequence. Awkward.
