After all, our working memory is limited ; when you’re learning a new skill, there’s only so much that you can process at once. Information overload can be stressful, frustrating, and confusing. If you bombard them with too much at the same time, your students may feel that they’re just “not getting” or “not good at” yoga, when really they’re just overwhelmed.
