BASICS CLASSES I have a bit of a “tummy” which makes poses like Child’s pose slightly difficult. Also, the transition poses to and from runner’s lunge seem a bit difficult. when doing downward dog i cannot touch my heels to the floor. same with poses where i need to touch my feet.
