I did yoga a couple of years ago for PE when I was homeschooled. I loved it but for some reason I stopped. I decided I needed to start again after I read an article on how yoga helps with ADD. I’ve been repeating this video for about a week now and I’ve been doing it every other day! I just want to let you know that it feels amazing to be doing it agin! And I love how ‘chill’ you are!
