I am mentally ill with the most major symptom of anxiety, depression and IBS and since I got ill over a year ago everyone has been telling me about the amazing benefits of yoga. I had as a goal for last year to get myself to a yoga studio, but it became clear to me quite quickly that being around a lot of people when I hardly go out most days of the week was a big step. A few days ago I signed up to SuperBetter which is a online routine/game to help people with their goals in life and as a quest I have put to do yoga two times a week as a minimum. I started yesterday with this video and I even did the 40 min beginners routine later that evening. I have tried a number of your beginner videos and the stress relief and bedtime ones as well as a few foundation ones, and I love how happy positive and relaxed I feel after them. I have had a lot of knee issues as well, and the only time they haven’t hurt is when I’ve been doing yoga! I love my new straight posture and how my body feels as I practice.
