Yoga terms such Up Dog have very little meaning to the beginner which adds additional difficulty level to using this version. So I tried to do a few movements using this & then had to remember the moves when attempting a sequence. Awkward.

The Bhakti movement was a development in medieval Hinduism which advocated the concept of a personal God (or "Supreme Personality of Godhead").
