I was very pleased with the almost immediate results. I made it through the first section and was sweating profusely and had to stop due to my balance failing me early in the second sequence. I was very pleased that it started out simply but with enough challenge to break a sweat. I stop to take a small cool down after that to write this review.

I am a flight attendant based in Qatar for 5 yrs now, and today i just felt the need to “workout”, and i thought, why not give yoga a try. So i came upon this site, and tried this video, it’s a bit challenging, trying to focus on what i’m supposed to do, and looking at my laptop to see if i’m doing it right. ^_^ but now, i feel so empowered, i feel good about myself, knowing that I took the first and most difficult step to a healthier me, starting to workout. I hope i’ll be able to stick with this for the long term, i’ll let you know how it goes. Thanks! <3
