Poses by Level Course Descriptions Aug. 28, 2018, 6 a.m. This book had a lot of information, but was very difficult to use. The images for the poses were in a separate section than the sequences, some of which had over 30 poses. If someone already knew which pose was which by the name this wouldn't be an issue, but as someone that's new to yoga I had to keep flipping back and forth from one section to another to figure out how to do the poses for the sequence. As a result, I found it pretty much impossible to use this book.
Think that samadhi means ecstasy? Turns out, its deeper meaning isn't so simple... Yes! There is so much to focus on and so much discovery to be made! We should never feel stuck or like we are waiting. Bah!
