It is a terrific addition to the yoga library, print and/or video, and I highly recommend it. One more point about the illustrations: I love that they are clear and obvious for the pose, showing the body in a simplistic way that allows one to easily visualize the pose. They are line drawings but not stick drawings and so they are easy to "see." I also like that they are illustrations, not photographs because, as said, they really allow one to see the pose without distraction and with clarity.
