So i came upon this site, and tried this video, it’s a bit challenging, trying to focus on what i’m supposed to do, and looking at my laptop to see if i’m doing it right. ^_^ but now, i feel so empowered, i feel good about myself, knowing that I took the first and most difficult step to a healthier me, starting to workout. What I didn't like about the book is that many of the poses require you to start out using another pose, so unless you're familiar with the starting pose, you have to guess at how to begin or flip through the book looking for the recommended starting pose.
