I am mentally ill with the most major symptom of anxiety, depression and IBS and since I got ill over a year ago everyone has been telling me about the amazing benefits of yoga. A few days ago I signed up to SuperBetter which is a online routine/game to help people with their goals in life and as a quest I have put to do yoga two times a week as a minimum. I started yesterday with this video and I even did the 40 min beginners routine later that evening. Then today I did the 20 min again.
