I came to this page to comment because I wanted to ask about dodgy knees… My feet don’t seem to care if I sit back on them (the bit where you roll your wrists and take a break from the strong shoulder stuff) but my knees scream if I try to fold them tight like that. I just kneel up, instead of back which feels okay.

Many students dive into yoga classes without ever learning the fundamentals. These students don’t maximize the full benefits of even the basic postures, nor do they create the groundwork to advance the postures.
