Thursday, October 5, 2017 - 10:00am to 11:00am There are many ways you can learn yoga as a beginner at Yoga on High. We recommend (but do not require) you start with one of our 8-week or 6-week Series Classes for beginners. These series classes are courses especially designed for those who have never practiced yoga, are new to a vigorous practice like Ashtanga or who have stopped practicing for a while and need a refresher. There are beginner courses of varying levels of difficulty so that everyone can approach yoga in the best way for their own body. You will learn the basic principles, techniques, and poses of yoga with plenty of personal attention. We also encourage longtime yoga practitioners to occasionally try beginner classes to continue to build upon their fundamental learning of yoga.
