Thought I’d give yoga a go to see if it helped with some achey muscles and recovery time after sports and found this video on YouTube…it’s a great starter and I believe it is working on improving the recovery time for sure. Just wondering, what I should try next?

This book had a lot of information, but was very difficult to use. The images for the poses were in a separate section than the sequences, some of which had over 30 poses. If someone already knew which pose was which by the name this wouldn't be an issue, but as someone that's new to yoga I had to keep flipping back and forth from one section to another to figure out how to do the poses for the sequence. As a result, I found it pretty much impossible to use this book.

With over 280 poses. I just found your video and it’s perfect for me. I am 51 years old and was a collegiate athlete, and triathlete in my prime. Over the last few years some health issues have sidelined me, most recently an MRI showed I have some minor tears in my left shoulder, impingement and frozen shoulder…uggh!! Anyway, my question is, I can’t really lift my shoulder over my head, is it still beneficial for me to do what I can with the other shoulder?
