Yoga Mind, Body & Spirit - A Return to Wholeness by Donna Farhi You would like help with feeling unstuck, unmotivated or depressed You would like to have a yoga reference book that is easy to carry around I started with you all a few years ago and have wandered away looking at other yoga programs on line. In the end I come back to you . The kindness and support of all your instructors is evident even through the barrier of a computer monitor. At almost 62 and having lived a sedentary life from 2001 - 2012, I have used a bicycle and your classes to move me away from obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Thank you for all you do. Anatomy of Hatha Yoga: A Manual for Students, Teachers, and Practitioners by H. David Coulter I am so grateful for this website which allow me to practise yoga at home. I attend classes as well but find these online classes offer a variety of styles and allow me to do more yoga more often. I regularly do the yoga nidra and meditation sessions. Thank you to all who provide this service. This classic yoga manual by BKS Iyengar is a comprehensive and detailed book on yoga philosophy, bandhas, kriyas, pranayama and a step-by-step guide for each asana. Written by someone who many consider to be a yoga master, it has an ancient feel to it, as though the concepts have been carried through from yoga's origins. The images are even slightly grainy. The poses progress through the book from beginner to advanced and finish with yoga courses and curative asanas for various diseases. كتاب اليوغا للطلاب | كتاب اليوغا الموالية كتاب اليوغا للطلاب | يوجا كتاب ورقة الملء كتاب اليوغا للطلاب | يوجا كتاب فوتوشوب
