She completes this wonderfully written book with seated pranayama practices, basic Buddha dharma and suggested mindfulness meditations.

I am so grateful for this website which allow me to practise yoga at home. I attend classes as well but find these online classes offer a variety of styles and allow me to do more yoga more often. I regularly do the yoga nidra and meditation sessions. Thank you to all who provide this service.
