I started with you all a few years ago and have wandered away looking at other yoga programs on line. In the end I come back to you . The kindness and support of all your instructors is evident even through the barrier of a computer monitor. At almost 62 and having lived a sedentary life from 2001 - 2012, I have used a bicycle and your classes to move me away from obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. I am so grateful for this website which allow me to practise yoga at home. I attend classes as well but find these online classes offer a variety of styles and allow me to do more yoga more often. I regularly do the yoga nidra and meditation sessions. Thank you to all who provide this service.
