You could say that this is the best comprehensive yoga pocket book that exists – although, you need a very big pocket to fit it in!
You enjoy trying practical techniques in meditation and in your daily life I am so grateful for this website which allow me to practise yoga at home. I attend classes as well but find these online classes offer a variety of styles and allow me to do more yoga more often. I regularly do the yoga nidra and meditation sessions.
