It's a thick book (almost 600 pages) and extremely dense with information, which is guaranteed to satisfy the most dedicated anatomy nerd. Although it definitely wouldn't be considered an easy read, it is, for the most part, surprisingly accessible for the average person.

Written by someone who many consider to be a yoga master, it has an ancient feel to it, as though the concepts have been carried through from yoga's origins. The images are even slightly grainy.
