If you have been practicing yoga for a few years or more, perhaps you can relate to this. You seek deeper spiritual meaning This list of books has been wonderful! I love anatomy, and I have really enjoyed David Keil's anatomy book. I'm planning to start David Coulter's anatomy book soon. I'm learning so much, and it's really transforming the way I think about my body when I do yoga (and ride horses - my other great love!).

Arlene Bjork had a way of inspiring and guiding her students to explore the deeper truths and aspects of yoga, while offering true insight into how to incorporate yoga in all aspects of your life and how a regular practice will enhance your experience of living. If you are a teacher, you will learn to make a more profound connection with your students, one that will manifest both on and off the mat. In addition, it offers a personable interpretation of all the aspects of yoga philosophy that often seem inaccessible to most practitioners.
I started with you all a few years ago and have wandered away looking at other yoga programs on line. In the end I come back to you . The kindness and support of all your instructors is evident even through the barrier of a computer monitor. At almost 62 and having lived a sedentary life from 2001 - 2012, I have used a bicycle and your classes to move me away from obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure.
