The kindness and support of all your instructors is evident even through the barrier of a computer monitor. At almost 62 and having lived a sedentary life from 2001 - 2012, I have used a bicycle and your classes to move me away from obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Thank you for all you do.
